STRUCTURAL DESIGNER
Emma Mason joined Miller Consulting Engineers in 2024 as a structural design intern through Oregon State University’s CECOP program and transitioned to a full-time structural designer after earning her bachelor’s degree in civil engineering. With hands-on experience in both construction and design, she has contributed to public infrastructure projects, performed field inspections, and developed critical path schedules.
Her recent work includes structural analysis and design using wood, steel, and concrete systems, as well as building code research and collaborative problem-solving. Drawing from experience in both the public and private sectors, Emma brings a well-rounded, practical perspective to her structural design work.
Fluent in English and German, Emma is known for her adaptability, teamwork, and eagerness to learn. She’s excited to contribute to projects that strengthen the communities we serve.
