Project Story
This highway bridge overpass used a unique design that met our client’s needs. Working with ACF West, MCE designed the bridge abutments to meet cost concerns, constructability, and timelines necessary for the project. MCE was able to accomplish this by designing the abutments with soil from the site for the geotechnical fabric wall with wrapped soil.
