As an ongoing consultant to the City of Tigard, MCE provided plan review services and site work for the Tigard Triangle Commons Parking Garage. MCE conducted initial and follow-up reviews as required for the pre-cast concrete structure ensuring that the design and construction documents complied with the State of Oregon Building Code.
