As requested by the Wasco County School District, Miller Consulting Engineers, Inc. provided the design for a set of steel bleachers to replace the existing deteriorating wood bleachers. The bleachers are supported on a partially reinforced CMU building built in the 1950s. In order to minimize costs to the school district, the existing building was used with only minor modifications to the structure. No new foundation work was required for the support of the new bleachers.
