FIRE ESCAPE EVALUATIONS
For these four separate buildings, each with one to four levels, MCE provided visual observation of each fire escape, identification of areas in need of repair, stamped structural drawings for the repairs; load testing requirements for each fire escape that could then be implemented by the testing company; an executed City of Portland Fire Escape Affidavit upon successful completion of the load testing.
