FIRE ESCAPE EVALUATION
MCE provided evaluation of the fire escape, stamped repair drawings and a stamped load testing report. The repair drawings contained recommendations for repairs to be completed prior to load testing and the load testing report was generated to provide the load test requirements for the fire escapes. Upon successful completion of the load tests, MCE executed the City of Portland’s Fire Escape Affidavit.
