Project Story
When Providence Hospital decided to expand, MCE provided steam piping anchor design to resist thermal forces for steam lines in coordination with a seismic building separation area. Additional structural engineering was supplied for the base anchorage of both new and relocated mechanical equipment. Exterior cryogenic oxygen tank anchorage design was also performed on a tank weighing 150,300 pounds.
